UTCA 2022 - 2023 Associate Consultant Recruitment

The University of Toronto Consulting Association (UTCA) is looking for Associate Consultants to work in a team of four Consultants, one Team Lead, and an assigned client. Each client engagement will last from October 2022 - March 2023 with an expectation to complete two deliverables: (1) Midterm Deliverable in December 2022 and (2) Final Deliverable in March 2023.

Associate Consultants are responsible for working closely with Team Leads to offer clients their advice and recommendations on a given project or problem statement. Their main job is to work on project deliverables to fulfill client objectives. The purpose of hiring associate consultants is to provide students with a career-boosting learning experience!
